We are looking for an experienced and visionary Manager Data Ingestion and Governance Technologies to lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide data strategies. This role will play a critical part in shaping our organization's data foundation, driving efficiency, and enabling advanced analytics through robust ingestion and governance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the organization's data ingestion and governance technologies strategy.
• Implement and manage platforms such as Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance Tools, Data Virtualization, Data Masking, and both batch and real‑time/streaming data ingestion systems.
• Enable seamless data access through Data Fabric or Data Mesh principles.
• Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for data workflows.
• Create structured datasets for LLM (Large Language Model) training and AI applications.
• Ensure smooth integration of data platforms with enterprise systems.
• Drive adoption of technologies and provide training across teams.
• Lead the delivery of AI‑powered solutions to support business functions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee complex data projects and cross‑functional teams to deliver within timelines and budget.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• 810 years of experience in data engineering or governance roles within financial services or similar regulated industries.
• Deep hands‑on experience with platforms such as:
• Informatica MDM and Data Governance
• CA Data Masking
• Talend, IBM DataStage, Confluent
• Apache Kafka, Cloudera, Spark
• Proven expertise in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Strong background in building data as a product and using DataOps tools like Apache Airflow and Jenkins.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
