Senior Supermarket Supervisor: Lead Store Operations
Job summary
A leading retail consultancy is seeking an experienced Supervisor to manage operations in a supermarket located in Al Ain. The successful candidate will oversee daily store operations, ensure high customer service standards, and lead a team. Qualifications include at least 23 years of supervisory experience in retail, strong leadership skills, and a high school diploma. Qualifications
- 23 years of experience in a supervisory role within a supermarket or retail environment.
- Familiarity with supermarket operations including inventory management.
- Previous experience in staff management and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations within the supermarket ensuring smooth functioning.
- Supervise and support a team of store associates providing guidance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
- Assist in driving sales by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
