Rigging Supervisor (Offshore)
Job summary
A leading company in the Oil & Gas sector is seeking a Rigging Supervisor (Offshore) to oversee rigging operations during vessel mobilization and offshore campaigns. This role requires ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with strict standards, while training and managing subordinates. Candidates should possess a Secondary School Certificate with a technical qualification, at least 10 years' experience in the industry, and the ability to work in challenging conditions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, preferably offshore.
- Ability to work in extreme weather and confined spaces.
- Offshore safety certifications are required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise rigging activities and train subordinates.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Investigate crew grievances and ensure adherence to HSE standards.
