A leading global professional services company in the UAE is seeking a Business Group Leader for Infrastructure to guide strategic initiatives in the water, utilities, and transport sectors. This role requires a dynamic leader with at least 15 years of industry experience and a strong track record in performance management and client relations. Successful candidates will have the ability to manage budgets and achieve performance targets while fostering a culture of innovation and safety within the team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client acquisition is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
  • Strong reputation within the sector and credible with target clients.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety and wellbeing of team and visitors.
  • Develop and implement the Business Group strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor sound delivery of projects and promote client satisfaction.

Skills

Strong domain knowledge and experience in Infrastructure disciplines
Ability to set direction, communicate strategy, and inspire confidence
Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
Capacity to plan, lead, and manage within a 1-3 year time horizon
Resilient and adaptable with the ability to delegate
Proven experience in successful work-winning pipeline development
Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
15 years of industry experience in a similar role
Strong track record of leading and managing medium-sized teams (20-50)
