Our client, a leading HVAC contractor in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient HVAC Site Engineer to manage on-site activities related to HVAC system installation and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in HVAC engineering and the ability to oversee projects from planning through execution. 1. Supervise and manage HVAC installation and maintenance activities at commercial and residential sites.
2. Conduct site surveys to gather critical information required for HVAC system design and execution.
3. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
4. Plan, manage, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources for successful delivery.
5. Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, office teams, and on-site personnel.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and team members during installation and servicing.
7. Maintain comprehensive documentation of site activities, including progress and inspection reports.
8. Participate in project meetings and provide updates to management as needed.

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation and site execution.
3. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and design practices.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC design/drawing interpretation.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
6. Good understanding of local safety standards and regulations.
7. Strong project management and organizational skills.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
