Candidates should have proficiency in AutoCAD and a solid understanding of safety compliance and quality control standards. Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in landscaping and swimming pool construction projects
• GCC experience preferred
• UAE Society of Engineers membership and Dubai Municipality approval are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural and landscape drawings
• Supervise all phases of landscape and swimming pool construction
• Prepare and monitor daily and weekly work schedules
• Conduct inspections and quality checks
• Prepare method statements and technical reports
