Overview

We are seeking motivated and technically skilled Civil Engineers (UAE National) to join our growing engineering and design team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career engineers who are passionate about contributing to high-quality building and infrastructure projects across the UAE. You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, supporting the planning, design, and delivery of sustainable, innovative, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, analysis, and review of civil and structural engineering components for building and infrastructure projects.
• Support the preparation of technical drawings, calculations, reports, and design documentation in accordance with UAE codes and international standards.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure project quality, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Participate in site inspections, progress reviews, and coordination meetings as required.
• Conduct engineering assessments, modelling, and feasibility studies under supervision.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineers.
• Contribute to the integration of sustainable design principles into engineering solutions.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed within the project’s scope, deadlines, and quality expectations.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited university.

• Previous internships or exposure to engineering consultancies is an advantage.

• Understanding of key engineering principles, including:
