A leading financial institution in the UAE is seeking a part-time technology support professional. This role focuses on diagnosing and fixing technical issues, assisting users, and enhancing their experience. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology or equivalent. The position is specifically for UAE Nationals based in Al Ain, working from the office and promoting customer satisfaction through effective IT solutions.
Responsabilités
- Diagnose and fix hardware, software and network issues.
- Set up computers and keep IT systems updated.
- Assist users with IT problems to ensure minimal downtime.
- Teach employees how to use new software or devices effectively.
- Gather and respond to user feedback to improve IT services.
