A leading legal firm in Dubai is seeking a Bilingual Legal Counsel fluent in Arabic and English. This full-time on-site role involves providing comprehensive legal support, drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance with UAE laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a legal counsel position, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Approximately AED 12000/month
We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Legal Counsel (Arabic/English) to join our team for a full-time on-site position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end legal support including legal advisory contract negotiation document drafting and handling matters related to business operations in compliance with UAE law.
Key Responsibilities:Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
In-depth knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures
Minimum of 5 years experience as a legal counsel within the UAE
Strong experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and legal documents
Excellent legal research and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated expertise in preparing legal memorandums and various contractual documents
