Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in a paralegal or legal-support role within a law-firm or corporate legal team.
• Familiarity with UAE corporate law, contracts and regulatory framework.
• Proficient in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and managing corporate-legal documentation.
• Perform legal research and corporate agreements under supervision.
• Support the team in contract lifecycle management and corporate governance.
