As a Spa Therapist, you are responsible for providing professional spa treatments and therapies to guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. You will maintain a high standard of service in line with the hotel standards. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, professionalism, and maintaining a calm and welcoming spa environment.

• Perform a variety of spa treatments such as massages, facials, and body therapies by following the hotel standards.
• Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are clean, well‑prepared, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Advice on spa treatments, products and wellness routines for the guests when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and report any equipment or product needs.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and confidentiality standards while creating a relaxing atmosphere for all guests.

• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and wellness practices.
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills and ability in creating a relaxing and comfortable environment for guests.
• Attention to detail and high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Sales skills for promoting spa services and retail products.
• Team player with a positive and caring attitude.
• Strong sense of confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
