Spa Treatments
- Perform a variety of treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other spa services tailored to guest needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of various therapies and recommend appropriate treatments based on client preferences and concerns.
Guest Experience & Care
- Provide an exceptional guest experience, ensuring every interaction is professional, warm, and personalized.
- Follow up post-treatment to ensure guest satisfaction and provide product or service recommendations.
Operational Support
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness at all times.
- Monitor and maintain spa supplies and equipment, reporting needs to the relevant team.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with the wellness and operations teams to create a seamless and elevated experience for guests.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and align with the hotel's standards.
- Observe all brand/operating standards and/or LQA.
- Follow all workplace safety and security policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and incidents to the reporting manager immediately.
- Participate and contribute actively in all Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability initiatives organized by the Hotel.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Certified as a Spa Therapist
- With 2+ years of experience in the same field in the hotel industry
- With good English communication skills
- With a pleasing personality and a well-focused individual
