ABOUT THE POSITION :

We are seeking an experienced and team-oriented manager to lead Nova Sky Stories' business in Abu Dhabi. You will work with our customers to manage upcoming shows, build a team of pilots and production managers, drive creative processes, and own the overall success of the company's presence in the UAE. You will work with our team of pilots, designers, and logistics professionals to ensure the overall success of each show. Reporting to the CFO, you will work closely with Nova's global leadership team.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Team building
• Client management
• General management of in-country operations

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 10+ years of experience in technology, event production or entertainment business
• Proven ability to take projects from concept all the way through to close
• Open-minded approach with learning and humility at the core
