Overview

The Associate Director - Growth will support the development and execution of winning capture strategies and activate long-term strategic and executive relationships. This highly visible role is responsible for identifying and managing 5-10 quality scaled leads for Groupe Power of One partners. Responsibilities include client mapping, providing guidance on strategic commercial excellence, and targeting opportunities to meet or exceed forecasts. Additionally, the role involves recommending external communication and marketing strategies to enhance market penetration and elevate the image of Groupe and its agencies. The ideal candidate has previous leadership experience in new business development or managing diverse talent and commercial excellence. This leader must identify and foster relationships with external and internal partners, audit and strengthen Publicis Groupe’s go-to-market positioning, and build and monitor a pipeline tracking process. We seek a problem solver and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a reputation for building strategic partnerships to support growth.

Responsibilities

Technical & Product

  • Supporting growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Growing the opportunity pipeline through diligent identification and qualification of new business prospects using current technologies and collaboration.
  • Conducting customer visits and research to understand needs and requirements.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships, assessing competitor capabilities, and ensuring value drivers are reflected in client propositions.
  • Identifying and cultivating business partner relationships, including with large and small enterprises.

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency

  • Developing and executing long-term strategic plans to accelerate growth.
  • Driving lead-generation programs and capture plans.
  • Fostering alignment and collaboration across solution hubs and agencies, especially for “Power of One” initiatives.

  • Supporting thought leadership, content development, and marketing efforts.
  • Applying marketing intelligence and competitive data to targeted pursuits and strategies.

  • 9+ years of relevant experience, primarily in business development, program capture, planning, pitching, and execution.
  • Strong operational and delivery track record for agency projects and pitches.

  • Ability to empower and engage teams, fostering passion and drive.
  • Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries.
