1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior project management.

5. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
7. Professional certification such as PMP is preferred but not mandatory.
