- High level of understanding and knowledge of Rooms operations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the Front Desk operations and respond to guest requests.
- Train and supervise the Front Desk team.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints.
- Monitor the Arrival and Departure of Elite guests.
- Manage staff during the overnight shift and assure standards are met.
