Qualifications

  • A minimum of at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.
  • An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to tasks.
  • High level of understanding and knowledge of Rooms operations.
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Front Desk operations and respond to guest requests.
  • Train and supervise the Front Desk team.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints.
  • Monitor the Arrival and Departure of Elite guests.
  • Manage staff during the overnight shift and assure standards are met.
