- A minimum of at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.
- An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to tasks.
- High level of understanding and knowledge of Rooms operations.
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Front Desk operations and respond to guest requests.
- Train and supervise the Front Desk team.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints.
