About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Showroom Operations Assistant Manager to oversee daily showroom activities ensuring exceptional customer experiences and supporting the sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate will manage both front‑end and back‑end operations, maintaining smooth coordination between departments and upholding showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in day‑to‑day showroom operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Supervise and guide showroom staff, ensuring high performance and customer service standards.
  • Manage inventory stock display and visual merchandising to maintain showroom appeal.
  • Coordinate with the sales logistics and accounts teams for timely order processing and deliveries.
  • Monitor customer inquiries, feedback and complaints; ensure timely resolution.
  • Track daily sales reports, footfall and team performance metrics.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, branding and compliance with company policies.
  • Support in organizing promotions, events and product demonstrations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as attendance, shift schedules and petty cash.
  • Prepare periodic operational and performance reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
  • 36 years of experience in retail or showroom operations (preferably in industry name).
  • Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent problem‑solving and team management abilities.
