Job summary

A global marketing agency in Dubai is seeking a Finance professional to support regional operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 13 years of experience in finance or accounting, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with SAP or other ERP systems. Responsibilities include managing cash flow, overseeing cost validation, maintaining financial compliance, and ensuring timely vendor payments. This is a permanent position with a standard workweek of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in finance or accounting within a project-based or creative agency environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a strong plus.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the finance function for the agency's regional operations.
• Oversee cost validation and compliance.
• Monitor cash flow and track expenses to ensure financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Account Management, and client-side finance teams.
• Ensure accurate cost centre allocation and timely vendor payments.
• Maintain internal financial controls and compliance with client requirements.
• Manage project reconciliations and closures within SAP.
• Issue invoices and manage follow-ups on outstanding payments.
• Process vendor invoices efficiently.
