The Center for Executive and Professional Education (CEPE) at AURAK is seeking experienced and certified freelance trainers to deliver high‑quality training programs across various professional domains.

We’re seeking passionate and experienced Freelance Trainers to deliver high‑quality professional and executive programs.

This contract‑based, hourly role offers a flexible schedule and competitive compensation.

You will have the opportunity to deliver training to individuals, small groups, and large cohorts, supporting learners in achieving their academic, professional, and personal development goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality, interactive, and outcome‑based training programs to professionals, students, and corporate clients.
  • Design and adapt course content to meet learner needs and program objectives.
  • Use innovative and learner‑centered teaching methodologies (online, hybrid, or in‑person).
  • Support participants in exam preparation for professional certifications where applicable.
  • Ensure training aligns with CEPE quality standards and awarding body requirements.
  • Participate in program feedback and continuous improvement processes.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Recognized professional certification in the training field (e.g., PMP, SHRM, CIPD, ACCA, CMA, CPA, CFA, ICDL, EC‑Council Certified Instructor, CompTIA, IATA, NEBOSH, etc.).
  • Minimum of 2 years of practical training or professional experience in the specialization.
  • Previous experience delivering training in higher education, corporate, or adult learning settings.
  • Familiarity with modern, interactive training approaches.
Language Proficiency Required
  • A very good command of English or Arabic, as specified for each role.
  • Bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred.
Competency
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • TOEFL certificate is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt content to diverse audiences and learning levels.
  • Cultural sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Technological proficiency in using LMS platforms and online teaching tools.
Reporting line
  • Reports directly to the CEPE Program Manager.
  • Collaborates with the Manager of Training & Development and other CEPE staff.
