A major international financial institution is seeking a Finance Reporting Lead Analyst in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and analyzing reports based on local IFRS and US GAAP standards. This senior role requires 6-10 years of experience in financial services and excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. The role involves managing regulatory reporting and working with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, offering a collaborative environment within the finance team.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Financial Services preferred.
• Global Project Management experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis and submission of reports to local regulators based on local statutory reporting.
• Manage Local Regulatory Reporting requirements for Central Bank of UAE and other authorities.
• Assist with closing the books and consolidating financials at the end of each accounting period.
• Work with senior leadership on strategic planning and implementing controls.
