Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing sales strategies, and executing marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth for our IT software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients.
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
3. Generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
5. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
6. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
7. Work closely with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional campaigns.
8. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
9. Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
10. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery and client onboarding.
11. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue projections.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2. Min 2-5 Years Proven experience in sales and marketing in IT software solutions.
3. Strong understanding of software products, SaaS, and IT services.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Willingness to travel as needed.
