Job Description

Overview:

As the Finance Modeling and operations Leader at CoinCrowd, you will manage all financial activities, drive investor relations, and support our growth through strategic financial planning. You will lead our Investment Banking practice, focusing on VC, PE, and M&A advisory, while also contributing to the development of our crypto-based business models.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including documentation, planning, budgeting, and tax filings.

- Lead Investment Banking efforts, focusing on venture capital, private equity, and mergers & acquisitions advisory.

- Build and manage complex financial models for revenue projection, business valuation, and tokenomics.

- Identify and engage with targeted investors, managing proposals, structuring, and negotiating transactions.

- Oversee CoinCrowd's and investor due diligence processes.

Required Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in financial modeling, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, or related industries.

- Strong understanding of DeFi concepts, crypto wallets, blockchain technology, and regulatory frameworks.

- Proven track record in building financial models and translating complex concepts into actionable insights.

- Expertise in Excel and financial modeling software; experience with blockchain analytics tools is a plus.

- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting financial findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of smart contract economics and hybrid fiat-crypto payment structures.

- Proficiency with data visualization tools to create compelling financial presentations.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; ACCA, MBA or CFA is a plus
