Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas (onshore/offshore facilities)
At least 7 years of experience working in a 3D environment using PDMS or SP3D
Proficient in E3D, SP3D, and MDS for pipe supports
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation
Field engineering experience is a plus
Report to the Area Lead (operationally) and Design Unit Head (functionally)
Develop plot plans and equipment layouts
Perform piping routing studies for critical systems like compressors, pumps, air-cooled exchangers
Establish and model pipe rack configurations
Model equipment and piping systems in 3D (SP3D/E3D)
Perform routing of minor lines and model updates/modifications
Execute quality checks: RDB validation, clash checks, etc.
Extract isometrics and GA drawings from 3D models
Produce piping-related drawings (details, isometrics) and MTOs
Coordinate with multidisciplinary designers and engineers
Report work progress and contribute to planning
Review and comment on vendor drawings
Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative
Able to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs
Strong understanding of oil & gas piping systems and layout design best practices
