Job summary
A leading interior design firm in Dubai seeks an experienced Estimation Engineer to lead design processes for office interiors and fit-outs. The candidate will manage project design from concept to execution, ensuring compliance with client standards and local regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, preparing design concepts, and overseeing delivery timelines. The ideal applicant has strong expertise in interior design management, proficiency in AutoCAD, and excellent leadership skills. A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture is preferred.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Design Manager in office interior & fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and fit-out construction methods.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and client-facing skills.

- Prepare and review design concepts, mood boards, layouts, 3D visuals, and detailed drawings
- Ensure designs comply with client standards, local regulations, and project budgets
- Coordinate with estimation, project, and site teams for design feasibility and value engineering
- Manage design approvals, revisions, and authority submissions where required
- Supervise and guide designers, draftsmen, and external consultants
- Ensure timely delivery of design packages aligned with project schedules
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Design Manager in office interior & fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and fit-out construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D visualization tools, and presentation software
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and client-facing skills
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred
