Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer with strong expertise in AutoCAD, 2D drawings, and 3D modeling to join our interior fit-out and contracting team. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing accurate construction drawings, coordinating with project teams, and supporting execution on commercial and residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings including:
  • Floor plans
  • Elevations
  • Sections
  • Shop drawings
  • Joinery and furniture details
• Develop 3D models and visualizations for interior spaces, furniture, and fit-out elements
• Coordinate drawings with:
  • Site engineers
  • Project managers
  • Clients and consultants
• Revise drawings as per client comments, site conditions, and authority requirements
• Prepare as-built drawings after project completion
• Ensure drawings comply with UAE standards, project specifications, and authority regulations
• Assist in material detailing, finishes, and measurements
• Support quantity take-offs and basic technical submissions when required

Preferred (Added Advantage)

• UAE experience in interior fit-out or contracting companies
• Knowledge of:
  • Shop drawings
  • Authority submissions
  • Site coordination
• Familiarity with Excel for basic BOQs or measurements
