Job Description:

A prestigious company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to work on high-end luxury projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sophisticated interior design, a strong understanding of vendor management, and the ability to work with high-net-worth clients. This role requires an individual who can manage projects from concept to execution while maintaining strong relationships with vendors, including premium Italian luxury brands.

The company has a high-end experience center located in a prominent, central, and busy area of Dubai, where clients can see, live, and feel the experience of the home they will have. This state-of-the-art showroom allows clients to immerse themselves in the luxury design and craftsmanship that define the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with brands to finalise designs and create detailed BOQs and quotes.
• Act as an end-to-end brand ambassador, managing vendor relationships and sourcing new luxury vendors.
• Conduct vendor research, onboarding, and agreement approvals to ensure smooth project execution.
• Design and deliver customised interior projects for high-net-worth clients, ensuring exclusivity and a bespoke experience.
• Lead business development efforts, leveraging the high-end experience center to attract and engage elite clients.
• Managing high-net-worth clients with high expectations for exclusivity and premium designs.
• Engaging with vendors for long-term negotiations (up to 8 months) to secure agreements and approvals.
• Selling projects with minimal supervision, requiring strong self-motivation and independent decision-making.

Candidate Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, Photoshop, and other relevant design software for interior design and space planning.
• Strong 3D visualization skills and the ability to create realistic renderings.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting used in high-end luxury interiors.

Soft Skills:

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills to source and manage relationships with premium brands.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage with elite clientele and represent the showroom.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex design challenges.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and creativity, ensuring every design is unique and meets high standards of luxury.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
