Key Responsibilities:

Leverage industry network to secure new clients and partnerships.

Oversee broking operations to ensure profitability and efficiency.

About You:

Proven background as a Transport Broker with strong commercial acumen.

Established network and client contacts in the South African logistics sector.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Durban-based or willing to relocate (remote work with Durban preference).

Highly motivated heavy hitter with a track record of exceeding targets.

Advantageous: experience in freight forwarding, warehousing, and 3 PL solutions.

Advantageous: tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Logistics.

Advantageous: bilingual in English & Afrikaans or Zulu.
