Lead efforts to build and expand the Project Management Group, enhancing its efficiency to support all project management functions and requirements.

Guide and integrate a team of experienced engineers to achieve project goals effectively.

Support business development by contributing to proposals for spin-off projects and new business opportunities.

Proactively create and improve tools, techniques, and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet technical specifications.

Required Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Engineering A minimum of 5 years of experience managing engineering projects.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report effectively to senior management and clients.

Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Desirable Skills and Experience : Formal project management certification or qualification.

Strong background in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
