A leading retail company in Durban is seeking an experienced store leader responsible for driving turnover, managing stock losses, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a Matric certificate and a minimum of 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role. Responsibilities include recruitment, staff development, and executing in-store strategies to meet targets and enhance customer loyalty.
This position is responsible for driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets, controlling expenses, managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard, people management including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management, executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers.
A Matric certificate.
Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.
