We are looking for an exceptional Senior IT Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading complex, high-impact software development projects. This role is not just about managing tasksits about driving strategic initiatives, aligning technology with business goals, and ensuring seamless execution across teams.

You will be responsible for overseeing mission-critical software development projects from inception to completion, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring scalability, security, and innovation remain at the core of every initiative. If you thrive in high-stakes environments, have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and enterprise-level software development, and can navigate challenges with confidence, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Leadership Drive the successful execution of complex software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
Stakeholder & Executive Management Act as the bridge between technical teams and senior executives, translating business needs into actionable development plans.
Agile & SDLC Excellence Implement and refine Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies while ensuring robust adherence to SDLC best practices.
Risk & Crisis Management Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and maintain continuity under pressure.
Technical Oversight & Innovation Partner with engineering leaders to define architecture, tech stacks, and best development practices.
Resource & Budget Optimization Efficiently allocate resources, optimize project spend, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Enterprise Software Development Governance Maintain compliance with security standards, industry regulations, and performance benchmarks.
Continuous Improvement & Thought Leadership Drive process improvements, champion new technologies, and mentor emerging leaders within the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience leading complex software development projects in high-growth or enterprise environments.
Deep expertise in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), SAFe, and hybrid project management methodologies.
Experience managing projects related to enterprise software, cloud platforms, AI-driven solutions, or large-scale web/mobile applications.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar project management tools.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to drive consensus across teams and leadership levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master).
Experience in highly regulated industries such as fintech, healthcare, or telecom.
Technical background or coding experience is a major plus.
Experience with AI/ML-driven projects or SaaS-based enterprise platforms.
