A leading financial services firm in South Africa is seeking a dynamic Wealth Management and Distribution Head to lead business growth and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial services with proven success in strategic marketing and relationship management. This full-time role offers an executive-level position to drive assets under management growth and expand market reach across various channels.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Wealth Management and Distribution Head to lead our organization's business growth, channel development, and marketing initiatives across wealth management and investment products.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial services, distribution leadership, relationship management, and strategic marketing for wealth management clients.
This role will be responsible for driving assets under management (AUM) growth, expanding our market reach across IFAs, institutional investors, and private clients, and positioning the brand as a trusted and innovative wealth partner.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business (Master's degree preferred).
Advanced certifications such as CFA, CIPM, or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) highly desirable.
Proven success in scaling AUM, building distribution networks, and developing marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, financial instruments, and investment vehicles (local and offshore).
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
