RPO Recruitments client a well‑established construction company in South Africa is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to join their project team. The successful candidate will oversee quality assurance processes on large‑scale EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) projects and ensure all work is delivered to the highest technical and regulatory standards.

This is a site‑based position with opportunities available across the Northern Cape, Mpumalanga and Free State.

• Develop, manage and enforce project‑specific Quality Control procedures and plans
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings and quality standards
• Oversee testing processes and evaluate results for materials, structures, earthworks and renewable energy components
• Identify non‑conformances and implement corrective and preventive action measures
• Maintain detailed QC documentation, reports and records for client and internal requirements
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, site teams and subcontractors on all quality‑related matters
• Support EPC project execution through quality planning, verification and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in client and third‑party audits as required

• Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction management or quality management
• Minimum 8 years experience with renewable energy project experience essential
• Background working on EPC projects is mandatory
• Strong computer proficiency including MS Office and digital QA / QC platforms
• Valid Drivers License
• Willingness to travel and / or relocate to project sites in the Northern Cape, Mpumalanga or Free State
• Immediate availability highly advantageous

Salary : R500K R540K CTC per annum
