A leading mortgage lending firm in Pretoria is looking for a Loan Partner II to assist with pre-qualifying consumers and managing loan applications. This role involves communicating with clients, building relationships with realtors, and ensuring an efficient loan process. Salary Range: $31.25 - $36.06 Hourly Position Type: Full Time
Our Loan Partner II pre‑qualifies consumers, researches client scenarios for prospective clients with underwriter, assists with looking at investor guidelines (terms & conditions), sends disclosures, organizes assets/incomes, and turns file into processing. The LP IIIs are responsible for assisting in generating and developing business from loan applicants with a variety of financial needs. Licensed LP IIS can take an application as long as they are licensed in the state that the consumer is in.

The range provided reflects the expected compensation for this role and is considered a general guideline. Actual compensation will be decided based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience assessed during the interview process, and internal pay equity. Compensation may also include incentives such as per-file bonuses and discretionary bonuses as applicable to the role.
