As the Global CI Manager, reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence, you will assume a high visibility leadership role, focused on the development and execution of the Corporate CI strategy, supporting plants in the implementation of the Dover Operational Excellence program, driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and enhancing operational performance globally.
The core responsibility of the global CI leader is to return bottom line productivity savings to our global P&L through deployment and use of core foundational lean concepts.
He / she will work closely with the Plant Managers, DPC CI teams, Dover Corporate as well as cross-functional teams, to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost‑effective operational / business solutions for all aspects of the plants.
Our business is in the manufacturing of mission‑critical equipment and components, supporting cleaner energy solutions through our brand portfolio consisting of Cook Compression, Waukesha Bearings, Waukesha Magnetic Bearings, Inpro / Seal, Bearings Plus, and FW Murphy and holds market leading position's globally within power & energy, marine, industrial, chemical and general processing industry sectors.
Note : This position is open to hybrid working but with a requirement to attend offices at The Woodlands, TX
You may also be required to travel both domestically and internationally for up to 50% of the time.
