Company is seeking a very senior person with no direct reports who will sit on the Board of Directors and report to the CEO. You will be responsible for all the HR Strategy for the entire group. Your role will provide leadership, oversight and governance for the entire group. You will need to focus on Business HR, HR Operations and Shared Services. You must have +- 15 years experience with the last 5 years in a similar role. Must have solid manufacturing industry exposure.
