A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Senior HR Executive to sit on the Board of Directors reporting directly to the CEO. This role requires a strategic leader with over 15 years of experience in HR, focusing on business HR and operations. The ideal candidate will drive HR strategy, manage the HR budget, and provide guidance on talent management. A strong background in manufacturing is essential. Company is seeking a very senior person with no direct reports who will sit on the Board of Directors and report to the CEO. You will be responsible for all the HR Strategy for the entire group. Your role will provide leadership, oversight and governance for the entire group. You will need to focus on Business HR, HR Operations and Shared Services. You must have +- 15 years experience with the last 5 years in a similar role. Must have solid manufacturing industry exposure.
