Biodelta Nutraceuticals is a fast‑scaling contract manufacturer of nutraceuticals, functional foods, and supplements. We deliver turnkey solutions — from formulation through packaging — and we're growing rapidly to serve new clients.

To keep pace we need an Operations Manager who will instill structure, discipline, and accountability across our Paarl facility.

Responsibilities

• Embed structured problem‑solving (5M, 3W, Lean Manufacturing, Theory of Constraints).
• Drive "right first time" execution — reducing variability at the root, not patching problems.
• Build, document, and enforce repeatable SOPs and systems from first principles.
• Lead, coach, and build operational discipline in a team of 20+ operators and supervisors.
• Ensure seamless integration of new client production lines, while maintaining compliance with FSSC, cGMP, and HACCP standards.
• Run the operational cadence: daily stand‑ups, weekly reviews, audits, and follow‑through.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing (nutraceuticals / food / pharma preferred).
• Proven ability to enforce standards, manage deviations, and sustain compliance.
• Experience with FSSC and GMP highly beneficial.
• Structured, detail‑obsessed, and decisive — thrives on SOPs and checklists.
• Consistent and firm in holding people accountable, while coaching for growth.
• On‑site, full‑time in Paarl. Competitive, market‑related salary.
