Job summary

A leading machinery manufacturing firm in Johannesburg seeks a Mid-Senior level HR Administrator to manage employee records, assist with recruitment, and maintain compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's in Human Resources, 2-3 years of experience in HR, and strong skills in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time position offering market-related remuneration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records, including new hire onboarding and terminations.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Assist with the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor time off requests including sick leave and vacation.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

  • Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Coordinate and organize employee training sessions and maintain training records
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Monitor and manage employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation, and personal days
  • Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Assist with related administrative works in the office
