A leading financial institution in South Africa is seeking a Senior Legal Advisor for the Independent Power Producers Office. This fixed-term contract role, lasting until March 2031, will involve ensuring optimal procurement processes through drafting and advising on relevant agreements and evaluation criteria. The ideal candidate should have experience in legal advisory roles and an understanding of the energy sector in South Africa. Responsibilities include overseeing contract implementations and managing commercial arrangements.
Qualifications
