Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies to promote brands and enhance the BEES app experience, aligned to business objectives.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs for each campaign and align them with overall business goals.
- Compile detailed briefs and provide feedback to creative agencies; ensure deliverables are relevant to customers to drive engagement and sales conversion.
- Develop engaging content (copy, graphics, videos, and other media) to support campaign goals; work with creative agencies to ensure on-brand messaging.
- Ensure final approved artwork is saved in a media library for easy access and reference; track briefs, revisions, and final artwork, with regular status updates.
- Plan, develop, and launch digital campaigns tailored to the B2B audience on the app; use multiple channels (email, push, in-app banners, sliders, SMS) to maximize reach and impact.
- Manage configuration, testing, and maintenance of campaign assets and games as required.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Brilliant Basics across campaigns; use data and insights to inform setup (triggers, frequency) and ensure accurate execution (tagging, naming conventions, triggers, frequency, reach, conversion events).
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., click-through and conversion rates; Brilliant Basics compliance) and provide insights for continuous improvement; support real-time retargeting and KPI-driven strategy.
- Liaise with stakeholders across marketing, agencies, and commercial teams to inform strategies; ensure content is delivered on time to meet deadlines.
- Act as a key stakeholder in coordinating and executing internal and external initiatives related to platform marketing.
- Ensure campaigns are consistent with BEES brand voice and messaging targeted to customers.
- Adhere to relevant regulations and industry best practices, particularly regarding data privacy and security.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex issues simply and concisely.
- Strong self-management, ability to work independently, and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive with the ability to learn new skill sets and platforms (Braze, Mixpanel, BEESOne, BEES Gamification).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Experience in digital marketing or B2B preferred; Braze Certified Marketer Certification is advantageous.
