Our client is looking for an Azure Technical Architect with the knowledge and experience to design and build cloud-based solutions.

• Architecting, building, and maintaining cost-efficient, scalable cloud environments for the organization.
• Understanding business objectives and creating cloud-based solutions to facilitate those objectives.
• Transitioning legacy systems into the cloud for increased efficiency - digital transformation.
• Ensuring cloud environments are secure and minimizing downtime or security breaches.
• Designing, building, and maintaining internal cloud applications.
• Transferring data and processes to cloud architecture.
• Minimizing data leakage and downtime.
• Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code with ARM/Bicep/Terraform, configuration management, and monitoring solutions. Providing guidance on automation, containerization, and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Producing technical documentation, including diagrams, guides, and best practices.

• Deep knowledge of Azure services such as Virtual Machines, App Service, SQL Database, Storage, Functions, Networking, Active Directory, Security Center.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and Azure security tools like Azure Sentinel, Key Vault, Firewall.
• Experience with hybrid cloud solutions, integrating on-premises infrastructure with Azure via ExpressRoute, Virtual Network, VPN Gateway, or Azure Arc.
• Knowledge of Azure data services including Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Data Lake Storage, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and data migration strategies.
