This senior-level role blendsstrategic thinking with hands‑on creative expertise, driving the visual expression of the brand across digital, print, and experiential channels.
About the Role
As Creative Lead, you will:
- Define and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
 
- Lead creative ideation and execution for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
 
- Champion innovation in design, animation, and multimedia storytelling.
 
- Produce high-impact design work including digital assets, video content, social media visuals, presentations, and product collateral.
 
- Apply UX/UI principles to enhance the user experience across digital platforms.
 
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, R&D, and external agencies.
 
- Present creative concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
 
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic priorities with design execution.
 
- Brief and manage external vendors including designers, photographers, and videographers as required.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
 
- 8+ years of graphic design experience with proven leadership in creative roles.
 
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, videography, and campaign work.
 
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
 
- Experience in fast‑paced, brand‑led environments with cross‑functional collaboration.
 
- Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail and design excellence.
 
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive problem solver.
 
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
 
- Valid driver’s license.
