Our client is looking for a Creative Lead to join a dynamic marketing team, reporting to the Head of Brand & Growth. This senior-level role blendsstrategic thinking with hands‑on creative expertise, driving the visual expression of the brand across digital, print, and experiential channels.

About the Role

As Creative Lead, you will:

  • Define and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Lead creative ideation and execution for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Champion innovation in design, animation, and multimedia storytelling.
  • Produce high-impact design work including digital assets, video content, social media visuals, presentations, and product collateral.
  • Apply UX/UI principles to enhance the user experience across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, R&D, and external agencies.
  • Present creative concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic priorities with design execution.
  • Brief and manage external vendors including designers, photographers, and videographers as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
  • 8+ years of graphic design experience with proven leadership in creative roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, videography, and campaign work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
