Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a financial planning, FP&A, workforce planning, or analytical role.
  • Strong familiarity with core accounting processes and IFRS/U.S. GAAP.
  • Experience in outsourcing or fast-paced recruitment environments is a plus.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years in a financial planning, FP&A, workforce planning, or analytical role.
  • Strong familiarity with core accounting processes and IFRS/U.S. GAAP.
  • Expertise in building dynamic forecasting models that incorporate operational variables.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience working in outsourcing or fast-paced recruitment environments is a plus.
