We’re looking for a proactive and creative Digital Online Coordinator & Graphic Designer to join a business in the communications technology space. This part-time role (2 days per week) offers the opportunity to manage the company’s digital presence, create high-quality visual content, maintain the e-Commerce platform, and provide occasional support to sales operations combining technical, creative, and operational responsibilities in one dynamic position.
- Manage and update the company website (WordPress)
- Maintain and optimise online store (WordPress/WooCommerce)
- Develop and edit HTML content and WordPress pages
- Photograph and edit product images for web use
- Create digital graphics for advertising and marketing purposes (Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop)
- Assist in creating and editing instructional videos for website and customer use
- Provide occasional support in handling sales (walk-in, email, or telephonic) when necessary
- A Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, or a related field
- Additional certifications in WordPress, HTML/CSS, or Adobe Creative Suite are advantageous
- Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce
- Solid understanding of HTML and basic website development
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
