We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries, promoting products/services, and meeting sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Cold calling, self driven, new leads, sales, telephonic skills, Passionate to Sell and meet targets weekly.
Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming calls professionally, assisting customers with product information and queries.
Promote and upsell company products/services to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
Capture customer data accurately on internal systems.
Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities.
Understand product offerings and stay updated on new promotions.
Manage objections and negotiate effectively to secure sales.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, POPIA, and call centre quality standards.
Provide feedback to team leaders on recurring customer issues or market insights.
Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
Minimum 6–12 months call centre sales experience (inbound or outbound).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Computer literate with good typing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Confident and persuasive communicator.
