We are a fast-growing, women-led creative studio seeking a Marketing & Social Media Manager who is passionate about strategic visibility, content that converts, and creating magnetic digital presence for our agency. This is a part-time, remote role with huge potential to grow with us as we scale.

Responsibilities :

Plan and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn

Design content using Canva (carousels, stories, pins, reels) in brand tone

Write powerful, engaging, and conversion-friendly captions

Create and execute mini-launch campaigns, lead magnets, and promo strategies

Develop lead-generation content designed to bring in 5–8 clients per month

Track and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)

Implement evergreen strategies for growth (e.g., Pinterest SEO, content batching)

Collaborate with the Creative Director on upcoming offers, visibility goals, and campaign direction

Requirements :

Must be fluent in English (Afrikaans preferred)

Based in South Africa (Johannesburg preferred for possible future team projects)

Strong knowledge of Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn , and content best practices

Confident using Canva , Meta Business Suite , and email marketing platforms (Flodesk, Mailchimp)

Must have a working understanding of content that converts , sales psychology, and brand visibility

Proven experience managing social media and delivering results (leads, inquiries, or conversions)

Experience in brand-aligned marketing — not just social posting

Comfortable tracking KPIs and adjusting strategy as needed

Creative, consistent, and independently driven

Monthly Retainer :

R6,000–R8,000 / month depending on experience and performance expectations
