We're looking for a Senior Provisioning Coordinator to manage our fibre provisioning process with confidence, empathy, and attention to detail.
You will ensure smooth service delivery, handle at-risk customer situations, and drive continuous improvement.
This role involves managing processes and crafting customer experiences that foster satisfaction and connectivity.
This is a remote-first role, primarily work-from-home.
Requirements include a reliable laptop, strong fibre internet connection, noise-cancelling headset, and a quiet workspace.
Connectivity allowance will be provided for internet expenses.
Location: Occasional in-person meetups and training in Johannesburg, so proximity is preferred.
Contract: Initial 3-month contract with potential for permanence based on performance.
