A dynamic managed service provider is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to deliver exceptional IT support. In this full-time remote role, you will be the first point of contact, managing incoming requests and troubleshooting various IT issues. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in an MSP environment and proficiency in ConnectWise RMM. Strong communication skills are essential, and the role requires availability during EST hours.

- Ability to handle incoming requests via calls and emails.
