We are seeking a highly efficient and detail-oriented individual to provide remote support to our UK-based property management team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping and maintenance of short-let Airbnb-style homes in Oxfordshire, UK.
- Managing a portfolio of short term rental homes in the UK
- Co-ordinating all aspects of day to day management including housekeeping, repairs and periodic condition reports
- Liaise with property owners and be accountable for your work at all time
- Fast internet connect and private working space
- 3 years experience in UK property management. You will be able to demonstrate practical solutions to a wide rage of property related services and maintenance issues.
- You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work within a team.
- You will be able to demonstrate confidence in learning a number of cloud based technologies such as booking and housekeeping management systems.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Fluency in English (around Cambridge C2 Level)
- 3 years Experience in UK property management
- Comfortable with basic financial tasksStrong phone skills
- Proficient with cloud-based apps and technologies (Google docs, spreadsheets, property management systems)
- Shift patterns are 09:00-17:00 / 08:00-16:00 / 10:00-18:00 UK times

Short Let Space (SLS) is an Oxford-based property management company with a portfolio of furnished short-term rental homes in and around Oxford.
- 35-40 hours per week
- From 25,000 Rand per month (based on experience)
- Paid 4 weeks in arrears
- 12-week probation period (1-week notice)
- 2-week notice period after probation
- 10-20 days paid annual leave after probation
This is a contract position with a fixed daily rate. You will be treated as a full-time team member and will be expected to show the same level of commitment and diligence.
This is a remote role that requires regular daily online meetings with video on.
