Talent Sourcer (Research-Focused)

Working Hours: UK / European business hours

Time 9:00 – 17:30

Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to support an in-house recruitment function by identifying and researching suitable candidates across the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands. This is a research-heavy sourcing role, focused on proactively identifying talent rather than full-cycle recruitment.

The successful candidate will work closely with an internal recruiter to build candidate pipelines in a highly competitive labour market, primarily within the real estate consulting sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and identify suitable candidates using LinkedIn and other professional platforms

  • Conduct market and talent research within the real estate and built environment sectors

  • Build and maintain candidate shortlists aligned to role requirements

  • Provide accurate candidate information, availability, and market insights to the in-house recruiter

  • Map talent pools for niche and specialist roles across multiple European regions

  • Support sourcing for additional roles (e.g. administrative or support functions) as business needs evolve

  • Maintain organised records of sourced candidates and research findings
